What shipping & handling options do you offer ?

1. U.S.P.S. Priority Mail -- Our standard shipping method is United States Postal Service (USPS.com). We ship from Hawaii so, expect 2 - 5 days for delivery.

2. U.S.P.S GLOBAL Priority Mail -- Our standard shipping method for International orders is United States Postal Service GLOBAL Priority Mail. Expect up to 3 weeks for delivery.


What is your privacy & security policy ?

Safe & Secure billing through our website. We will not share or sell your personal information. We collect customer information to improve your overall shopping experience with us. We respect your privacy and are committed to maintain and use this information responsibly. The security of the information regarding your order is very important to us. We use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to protect the security of your online order information. SSL technology encrypts your order information to protect it from being decoded by anyone other then us.Once you enter the checkout page, your computer will begin communicating with our server in secure mode. You can tell that you are in the secure mode by the following: 1. The "http" in the web address will be replaced by "https". 2. Depending on the browser, you will see either a padlock (Microsoft Internet Explorer, AOL, Netscape Communicator) or a solid key (Netscape Navigator) in the lower section of the browser window.



What is your return and exchange policy ?

If your product is defective, please return it as soon as possible - no later than 30 days from original order date. Defective items are exchanged for the same title, if returned complete and in original condition. If you need to return a defective item, please contact AlohaIslandConcierge@yahoo.com in advance.

If you wish to exchange your product for a different size, color, other item, or return the item, also contact AlohaIslandConcierge@yahoo.com in advance. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Can I have someone help me with my order? Yes. Give us a call, and we can help you right over the phone. Reach us at 808 256-6674. We are in the office from 7 AM to 7 PM HST, Monday through Friday.
